Latest company case about Case Study:Israeli Client Purchases 1500 Signal Shield Modules: A Multi-Band Wireless Signal Shielding Solution

Market Background: Rising Security Demands in Israel

Located in the sensitive Middle East region, Israel faces severe challenges in wireless signal control across critical infrastructure and public spaces. According to market research data, Israel's counter-drone system market was valued at approximately USD 110.4 million in 2025 and is projected to grow to USD 413.5 million by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 30.2%. Meanwhile, the global wireless signal jammer market is expanding at an annual growth rate of 11.8%, with multi-band, multi-power shielding solutions becoming the mainstream choice for government agencies and commercial security clients. Against this backdrop, demand from local Israeli security integrators for high-performance, flexibly deployable shielding modules has risen significantly.

Client and Application Scenarios: Multi-Scenario Wireless Signal Control

The Israeli client in this collaboration is a local security equipment integrator whose end users cover three typical scenarios: critical infrastructure perimeter protection, temporary control of sensitive areas, and commercial premises signal isolation. The client required a shielding solution adaptable to different coverage radii—low-power modules for small indoor areas, and higher-power units for open fields and vehicle-mounted deployments. In terms of frequency, the client explicitly required coverage of three mainstream ISM/UNII bands: 2.4GHz, 5.2GHz, and 5.8GHz, to address signal control needs for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and certain drone remote-control links. The client purchased 1,500 units in a single order, with power levels spanning 10W, 20W, 50W, and 100W, reflecting a procurement strategy that combines project-based delivery with stock preparation.

Our Solution: Modular Design with Four Power Tiers and Tri-Band Coverage

To meet the client's multi-scenario requirements, the Signal Shield Module adopts a modular power-tiered architecture. The 10W and 20W modules are designed for indoor near-field shielding, featuring a compact form factor and optimized heat dissipation, suitable for embedding into the client's existing equipment enclosures. The 50W and 100W modules are designed for outdoor medium-to-long-range coverage, utilizing reinforced heat dissipation structures and industrial-grade RF power amplifiers to support extended continuous operation. The tri-band (2.4G/5.2G/5.8G) independent channel design allows the client to selectively activate bands based on the scenario, avoiding unnecessary spectrum interference and power waste. All modules passed high-low temperature cycling tests and vibration aging tests to ensure stability in the hot, dry climate of the Middle East. The 1,500-unit order was produced and fully inspected within 30 days, delivered in four batches to the Port of Haifa as requested by the client.

Client Feedback: Flexible Adaptability and Delivery Efficiency Recognized

After testing the first batch of 200 units, the client's project manager commented: "The plug-and-play feature of the 10W and 20W modules significantly shortened our integration cycle, while the 100W module's coverage consistency in open-field testing exceeded expectations." The client specifically noted that the independent band control function enables rapid adjustment of solutions for different end scenarios without hardware replacement. The client has now added the Signal Shield Module to its standard bill of materials and plans to place additional orders in the next fiscal year for perimeter protection projects at an industrial park in southern Israel.
