Vietnam has seen rapid development of its communications infrastructure in recent years, with smartphone and wireless network penetration rates continuing to climb. At the same time, demand for wireless signal control in schools, examination halls, conference rooms, secure facilities, and industrial areas has been growing steadily. The 2.4G band, as the core frequency for WiFi, Bluetooth, and wireless peripherals, can easily cause interference and information leakage risks in specific scenarios. Local integrators and end users in Vietnam have strong demand for signal jammers with stable power, precise frequency bands, and good heat dissipation. In particular, 10W-level 2.4G jamming devices have become a popular choice in the market due to their moderate coverage and flexible installation.
The customer in this collaboration is a solution provider in Vietnam specializing in security and communication control, serving local schools, corporate conference rooms, factories, and government offices. The customer needed to purchase 500 signal jammers to block wireless signals, with a focus on the 2.4G band, to prevent unauthorized wireless transmission and device interference. Application scenarios include preventing cheating communications during exams, ensuring information security during meetings, avoiding wireless device malfunctions in factory workshops, and reducing wireless signal interference in specific office areas. The customer required devices with 10W power to balance jamming effectiveness and energy consumption control.
In response to customer needs, we provided a 10W 2.4G signal jammer designed specifically for precise jamming of the 2.4G band. The device adopts an efficient RF module, with a jamming range covering approximately 30 to 50 square meters, depending on the environment. The product supports both wall-mounted and desktop installation, is simple to operate, and works as soon as it is powered on. It features a built-in heat dissipation structure and over-temperature protection to ensure stable long-term operation. The housing is made of metal material, combining durability with heat dissipation efficiency. We configured power adapters according to local Vietnamese voltage standards and provided bilingual English and Vietnamese manuals to facilitate rapid deployment and maintenance. All 500 units underwent strict frequency calibration and aging tests before shipment to ensure consistency.
After receiving the 500 signal jammers, the customer has deployed them in multiple school and enterprise projects. The customer reported that the devices provide stable and reliable jamming of the 2.4G band, with noticeable improvement in wireless signal control in examination and meeting scenarios. The 10W power achieves a good balance between coverage range and energy consumption, with simple installation and low maintenance costs. The customer specifically mentioned that the devices maintain good temperature control during prolonged operation, with no crashes or performance degradation. Currently, the customer has planned to place follow-up orders and hopes to expand cooperation to signal jamming products in other frequency bands.
