Latest company case about Poland Customer Case Study: 1000 Units of Wireless Signal Amplifier Successfully Solve Large-Area Signal Coverage Issue

Market Background: Growing Demand for Wireless Signal Amplifiers in Poland

As a digital economy hub in Central and Eastern Europe, Poland has seen rapid expansion in office spaces, smart factories, and large logistics centers. However, due to building structures such as thick walls in older districts, basements, and metal-framed warehouses, indoor wireless signal attenuation has become a serious problem. With limited base station density from local carriers, it is difficult to achieve stable coverage in areas over 1,000 square meters using only mobile networks or Wi-Fi routers. As a result, wireless signal amplifiers that support multi-carrier frequency bands are seeing significant B2B growth in Poland.

Customer & Application Scenario: Pain Points of 4G/5G Signal Dead Zones in a Logistics Warehouse

The customer in this case is a Polish logistics company operating a sorting warehouse of approximately 3,000 square meters near Warsaw. Employees use handheld terminals to scan items and upload logistics data in real time, while management relies on mobile devices for video conferences. The customer reported frequent "no service" or data transmission interruptions deep inside the warehouse and in areas with dense shelving, leading to a 20% drop in sorting efficiency and frequent video call disruptions. On-site speed tests showed 4G downlink speeds below 1 Mbps at the warehouse edges, making even phone calls unstable.

The customer first tried switching carrier SIM cards and adding consumer-grade Wi-Fi extenders, but the results were poor due to severe signal blocking from metal shelving. Ultimately, the customer decided to seek an industrial-grade wireless signal amplifier solution that could simultaneously support multiple major Polish carriers (such as Orange, T-Mobile, and Play) across the 800 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 2600 MHz bands, and cover the entire warehouse area.

Our Solution: High-Gain Multi-Band Amplifier + Professional Antenna Layout

To address the customer’s specific pain points, we recommended the following solution:

Equipment Selection
We provided the high-gain wideband wireless signal amplifier (model WA-1000Pro), supporting the full 700–2700 MHz frequency range. It delivers a downlink gain of up to 75dB and an uplink power of 33dBm. A single unit is designed to cover 1,500–2,500 square meters. Out of the 1,000 units purchased, most were used for medium-sized warehouses like this one, while the rest were deployed in retail stores and small workshops.

A log-periodic directional antenna (11dBi gain) was installed outdoors, aimed precisely at the nearest base station tower. Indoors, four omnidirectional ceiling-mount antennas were evenly placed under the warehouse ceiling beams to ensure horizontal signal distribution without dead zones.

Installation & Tuning
Low-loss coaxial cables were used to connect the amplifier to the antennas, and an isolator was added to prevent self-oscillation risks. We provided remote guidance and step-by-step measurement instructions to help the customer find the optimal outdoor antenna direction. After tuning, the RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) at the warehouse edges improved from -115dBm to -75dBm, and SINR (Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio) increased by over 15dB.

The entire solution required no new fiber installation or replacement of existing routers, and the deployment took only 2 days, significantly reducing the customer’s upgrade costs.

Customer Feedback: Efficiency Gains and Cost Savings

"After deploying these 1,000 signal amplifiers, data upload latency in our warehouse dropped from 3–5 seconds to less than 0.5 seconds. Handheld scanning terminals no longer disconnect. Video conferences remain stable at 720p resolution even at the deepest part of the warehouse. By our rough estimate, sorting efficiency has increased by at least 25%, and we no longer need to subsidize monthly phone bills for employees to switch carriers. For the next phase, we plan to purchase the same equipment for our distribution centers in two other cities."

— Andrzej Nowak, Technical Manager, Polish Logistics Company

This case demonstrates once again that in specific building environments, a professional-grade wireless signal amplifier is a faster, more cost-effective solution than tearing down walls for cabling or waiting for carrier optimizations.
