This chip has the characteristics of high power (≥ 38dBm) and high efficiency (≥ 50%), meeting the application requirements of satellite navigation and communication. YPM162437 adopts LGA packaging form that complies with industry standards, with a packaging size of 10mm x 10mm. The chip integrates an ESD protection unit internally, which has high reliability.
