Recently, our company's low-temperature drift voltage controlled oscillator VCO product, YSGMTC5800, has been mass-produced and is suitable for use in scenarios with temperature drift requirements.
YSGMTC5800 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO that uses high-frequency RF transistors to generate oscillations, resulting in high signal output power and good isolation. Add temperature compensation devices to improve the temperature stability of the signal. Powered by a standard voltage of 5V, compatible with a working voltage range of 3-6V; The tuning voltage range is large, which can achieve broadband high-power output. Integrated rectification and filtering unit and RF output matching unit, requiring very few peripheral components and good output power flatness. The RF output terminal can be directly connected to a 500 RF cable, making it easy to use. The device packaging adopts a universal packaging size of 7mmx9mmx2mm, which can directly replace similar products in the market:
The core components of YSGMTC5800 adopt the company's independently developed oscillator pair YPA895TS and variable capacitance diode YVC032P034RD (D4).
