Data processing circuit of RF power amplifier module
The data processing circuit consists of AD digital to analog conversion ADC0809, AT89C51 microcontroller, and display circuit. ADC0809 is an eight bit eight channel single-chip AD successive approximation converter made using CMOS technology. The successive approximation converter includes one comparator, one digital to analog conversion controller, one successive approximation register (SAR), and one logic control unit. The successive approximation in the conversion is controlled by the logic unit according to the principle of division. Its principle is simple, easy to implement, and there is no delay problem. AT89C51 is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller with 4K bytes of FLASH programmable erasable read-only memory. Its instruction system is fully compatible with MCS-51, making it easy to apply in various control fields. In the design, P0 port serves as the data port, P1 port serves as the switch input/output control, P2 serves as the display module and address control line for ADC0809, and the IN terminal serves as the keyboard interrupt input terminal, thus forming a simple microcontroller measurement system. The voltage signal after LM331F/conversion is sent to ADC0809 for digital to analog conversion. The AT89C51 microcontroller reads the converted data in real time, calculates it through internal software, and sends the results to the display screen for display. The displayed content mainly includes the current of each power amplifier tube, power supply voltage, output power, and reflected power. The input switch detection signal is directly sent to the P1 port of AT89C5 after photoelectric isolation. The display circuit adopts a 16x2 character dot matrix LCD display module, which has 192 built-in characters (5x7 dot font), strong indication function, can form various input, display and shift modes, and has the characteristics of simple interface with MCS-51 series microcontrollers and simple software programming.
