Recently, the company has newly launched a DC~7.2GHz 7W power amplifier-YP601238T and a DC~ 6GHz 15W power amplifier-YP601241T, which can be widely used in wireless image transmission, data transmission and other fields. The operating frequencies are DC~ 7.2GHz and DC~ 6GHz respectively; the output power is 7W and 15W respectively; the operating voltage is 28V, and both are packaged in SOT *-3.
